Anxious Neurons is a reflection on my own anxiety, highlighting those days that take more effort to bring stillness and positive energy to myself. There are days where I cope with these anxieties well and other days where they disturb my well-being. I know that everyone struggles with anxiety, and I consider myself lucky that on most days I manage well.
